4. Customer satisfaction survey
Customer service department issues the questionnaire to customers through the telephone, fax, E-mail, website, etc for understanding customer’s degree of satisfaction with the quality of products, and evaluation of the company’s technology and after-sales service, and makes statistical analysis on the results of investigation in order to gradually increase the customer’s satisfaction.
